PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

Whether you are starting a yoga practice or want to transform your practice, or you want to use elements of yoga in your fitness regime; private one-on-one instruction is the best to way to focus on your specific goals while incorporating other modalities including Pilates, strength training and hands-on Active Isolated Stretching. Programs start with a session that includes a personal history, general medical history, and a strength, flexibility, and mobility assessment. Working together we plan a program to achieve these goals. Sessions could include strength work, balance work, complex movement coordination, functional range conditioning, and of course yoga.

Clients have been able to gain muscle mobility and strength to enhance their yoga practice, but also improve their quality of life and their enjoyment of all the activities they love.

Private Instruction can take place in your home or my studio.
